V & F is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Zinniel to our team.
Starting his career in Business Management in 2008, Nick has seen tremendous success in all aspects of business throughout the years, which he attributes to having a professional, yet personal approach to taking care of clients. Nick believes when someone reaches for service, they are looking for a simple and efficient solution to their problem. Because of this, Nick refers to himself as a problem solver above all else. Nick has experience in growing businesses from the ground up. This experience has contributed to his understanding of the benefits of strong company values, honesty in action, and rolling up his sleeves to get the job done right. As a member of the V & F team, Nick brings an enthusiastic drive to build relationships, a willingness to understand clients needs and a positive mindset. When Nick is not working for clients, he is spending time with his family, camping or taking his Harley for a long ride.
As Project Manager, Nick will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing roofing needs from start to finish and networking within the community.
V & F is pleased to welcome Dylan Gandt as Project Manager.
Born and raised in Southeast Wisconsin, Dylan grew up surrounded by the construction industry. Working alongside his father at his custom home building company, Dylan was taught every aspect of carpentry, including constructing and repairing building framework and structures, installing windows and finishing work. Along with his carpentry background, Dylan gained experience as a Foreman with an underground pipe rehabilitation company. There he planned, scheduled and executed work on varying projects from Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. to large cities along the east coast. All of this experience has provided Dylan a sharp understanding of project safety, planning, and production making him an important asset to V & F. Dylan’s critical thinking, detail orientation and mechanical aptitude contribute to his success of managing a project from start to finish. His personable nature and positive attitude help him to build and maintain relationships within the company and with clients. In his free time, Dylan enjoys hunting, ice fishing, cooking for his wife and going to Packer games.
As Project Manager, Dylan will be responsible for all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, budgeting, safety and completion.
With his buy-out of the company’s minority owner, President Patrick Finger is ready to lead newly re-branded V & F Roof Consulting & Service into its next phase.
